Introducing the Golden Key Society to the student body Go to Chapter

The Rhodes SRC had requested a 1 minute 30 seconds video from the society to be posted onto the RUConnected page and their official Rhodes SRC page as an initiative to introduce societies and sporting groups to the student body. The video made use of animation to keep our introduction to the student body light-hearted and engaging, along with a voice over from the society’s president. The video touched on what is the Golden Key Society, who and how one can join the society. Furthermore, it touched on the various benefits available to members and gave a clear picture of the number of benefits members receive each year by quoting 2020’s stats of the benefits received – “27 million worth of benefits in 2020”. The video then touched on the three pillars of Golden Key – Academics, Leadership, Service. Last but not least it touched on our membership fee and what one has to do after receiving an invite.
