Hunger and Homeless Awareness Week: Hygiene Kit Assembly Event Go to Chapter
As part of Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week (Monday, November 18th through Friday, November 22nd), we are excited to invite you to a hands-on service event that will make a real difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness. In collaboration with the Center for Community Engagement and Service, Golden Key International Honor Society, and the GSEP International Student Group, we will be assembling hygiene kits to distribute to our local community members in need.
Event Details:
Date: Wednesday, November 20th
Time: 3:00 - 4:00 PM
Location: Room 209, WLA Campus
This event is a wonderful opportunity to give back and help provide basic hygiene essentials to individuals facing homelessness. The kits we assemble will help promote health, dignity, and well-being for those in need.
How You Can Help:
- Bring your enthusiasm and willingness to contribute.
- We’ll provide all the supplies you need – just show up ready to lend a hand!
No prior experience or materials are needed – just your energy and compassion. Whether you can attend for the full hour or just a portion of it, every bit of help counts. We are looking forward to seeing you there as we come together to make a positive impact during this important week of awareness.
