Conflict is a normal, natural and inevitable part of our lives.
We can 't control when conflict arises, but we can control how we deal with conflict. The ways in which we deal with conflict can have a huge impact on ourselves, our relationships, and our community.

In this interactive workshop, different forms of conflict that may arise in our lives will be discussed with the goal of learning more about different conflict management styles, and exploring steps to move toward resolution.
