Niagara Leadership Summit for Women Go to Chapter

The Niagara Leadership Summit for Women presents an inclusive environment to encourage and celebrate women leaders in our community and opens the conversation surrounding women’s issues in Niagara. The event is hosted by the YWCA Niagara Region.

This event offers many valuable opportunities for women leaders and allies to connect, share common goals and evaluate common challenges, and network with like-minded community leaders.

Our very own Chapter President, Brielle Kaminsky, facilitated her own workshop called: Making Global Impact through Local Opportunity. Video here: Video

Brielle 's workshop presents her personal story on how she had started with Days for Girls at Brock University after collaborating with the NOTL chapter; which provides feminine hygiene kits, promotes menstrual health awareness and sexual violence prevention initiatives. Attendees will gain insights on how global issues should be addressed, using their own creativity and optimism, all while collaborating with others to help solve the important issues in our community.
