Welcome week tabling event Go to Chapter

At our tabling event, we 'll be showcasing all the exciting things our organization has to offer! Set up in a high-traffic area on campus (or the specified venue), our booth will be a great opportunity to connect with our team, learn more about upcoming events, and find out how you can get involved.

At the event, you 'll be able to:

• Meet Our Team: Our members will be at the table, ready to chat and answer any questions you might have about who we are, what we do, and how you can join or support us.
• Get Information: We 'll have plenty of brochures, flyers, and information about our initiatives, upcoming events, and programs. Whether you 're interested in attending, volunteering, or just learning more, we’ve got you covered.
• Sign Up: If you’re interested in staying in touch, we’ll have sign-up sheets for our mailing list, volunteer opportunities, and even membership forms.
• Grab Some Swag: Don’t forget to pick up some cool branded giveaways—whether it’s a pen, sticker, or flyer, we want you to leave with something to remember us by.
