The University of Florida believes in excellence and strives to provide the best environment possible for guiding our Golden Key members to achieve in academics, leadership and service. The 4th Golden Key chapter, UF was chartered on May 23, 1978, as part of U.S. Region 3, which includes schools in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. In addition to all of the valuable membership benefits, discounts and opportunities at both the local chapter level and the Society level, The University of Florida gives special recognition by listing Golden Key membership on each member's transcript.
