The University of California at Riverside believes in excellence and strives to provide the best environment possible for guiding our Golden Key members to achieve in academics, leadership and service. The UCR Golden Key chapter was chartered May 24, 1993, as part of U.S. Region 8, which includes institutions in Arizona, California, Hawai’i, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. In addition to all of the valuable membership benefits, discounts and opportunities both at the local chapter level and Society level, The University of California, Riverside gives special recognition to each Golden Key member within the commencement program at graduation. Golden Key members at UCR also have the option of being recognized during graduation by wearing their honor cords for purchase.
