The Northern Illinois University Golden Key chapter strives to make a significant impact on the NIU campus and the local community, promoting its members’ achievement in academics, leadership and service. The 63rd Golden Key chapter, Illinois State was chartered on April 25, 1985, as a part of U.S. Region 5, which includes institutions in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
