The Western Illinois University Golden Key chapter strives to make a significant impact on the WIU campus and the local community, promoting its members’ achievement in academics, leadership and service. The 325th Golden Key chapter, Western Illinois was chartered on April 28, 2002, as a part of U.S. Region 5, which includes institutions in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. In addition to all of the valuable membership benefits, discounts and opportunities at both the local chapter level and the Society level, Golden Key members at the WIU have the option of being recognized during graduation by wearing their honor cords for purchase.
