The 241st Golden Key chapter, UPR Mayaguez was chartered May 7, 1996, as part of U.S. Region 5, which includes institutions in Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Puerto Rico, Wisconsin, and the US Virgin Islands.
