California State Sacramento, believes in excellence and strives to provide the best environment possible for guiding its Golden Key members to achieve in academics, leadership and service. The 48th Golden Key chapter, Cal State Sacramento was established on April 31, 1984, as part of U.S. Region 8, which includes institutions in Arizona, California, Hawai’i, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. In addition to all of the valuable membership benefits, discounts and opportunities both at the local chapter level and Society level, Golden Key members at Cal State, Sacramento have the option of being recognized during graduation by wearing their honor cords for purchase.
