Get outside: The best way to break the quarantine blues is to get outside and in nature! Many parks in your area are still open, and now is the time to see them all. Check out the app below if you need some help finding some good trails in your area:

Thursday

Mix it up in kitchen: Being stuck at home can get pretty dry, one easy way to keep things fresh is cooking a new meal! Many well known chefs are doing cooking tutorials which you can tune into now! Find a recipe you’ll enjoy, and give it a shot:
