Help us make a difference in Houston this July
Our goal is to not just inspire our members. We also want to find ways to help you change the world. Service projects are an important part of the daily activity of Golden Key chapters around the world, and we couldn’t be more proud. A service project will also be a key part of our Leadership Summit in Houston this July.
This year, we’re partnering with Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston (A United Way Agency) by way of the American Pakistan Foundation. All of the participants in the summit will get the chance to help create hygiene kits for the homeless (as part of the Bering Open Gate Program), and greeting cards for the elderly, plus additional simple hygiene kits for displaced woman in Houston.
Summit delegates are asked to bring travel-sized lotion bottles with them to the event, that can be included in the packs.
Join us in Houston from July 25-28 July, 2019 for our Leadership Summit, which will offer inspiring events and activities, including:
- The opening keynote address by national speaker and author Linnita Hosten, who will talk about harnessing strengths, teaching from failures and leveraging organizational knowledge,
- The closing address by T. J. Sullivan, who is one of the most sought-after college leadership speakers in the nation, and
- A range of workshops on topics including personal branding, fundraising, recruitment, and financial independence.
