Golden Key Welcomes New Associate Directors

John Dingfelder was born and raised in Ambridge, Pennsylvania.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the Pennsylvania State University.  After working at Valdosta State University for two years he transitioned to his Masters program in Higher Education and Student Affairs at the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2008.  The last three years he spent working in Housing and Residence Life in a variety of capacities.  In his spare time John loves spending time with his family and new niece, exploring Atlanta with his friends, volunteering, creating new handmade soaps, and taking road trips to the beach or Walt Disney World.
Caitlin O’Brien-Rice was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Allegheny College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts. During her time in college, Caitlin helped to charter her chapter of Delta Delta Delta fraternity. Because her experience was so meaningful, Caitlin became inspired to work as a Field Consultant for Tri Delta’s Executive Office. After traveling to thirty-one Tri Delta chapters across the country, Caitlin is thrilled to translate her passion and experiences to her new role at Golden Key. In her spare time you can find Caitlin supporting her Pittsburgh Steelers and collecting mementos for her ever-growing scrapbook collection.
Lenora Oeters was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She attended the University of Cincinnati, and graduated with high honors in 2010, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations.  This past year Lenora worked as a National Consultant in Arlington, Texas for her sorority, Delta Delta Delta.  In her spare time Lenora loves spending time with friends, family, her cat Chloe; going on coffee dates, volunteering, exploring new cities and really taking advantage of all life has to offer!
C.J. Wilkes was born and raised in Midway, a small-town in North Carolina. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. His focus was in marketing and entrepreneurship management. While completing his studies, C.J. was involved on campus in several capacities including a position in housing and residence life as well the athletics marketing department. Upon graduation in 2010, he accepted a position in Atlanta with the management training program at Sherwin Williams Product Finishes. C.J. spent one year in this program before transitioning into his current role with Golden Key. In his spare time he enjoys listening to and playing live music, golf, trying new food, community outreach, spending time with friends and meeting new people.
