Song Woo, San Francisco State University Alumnus Golden Key and San Francisco State University alumnus Song Woo is making an impact in the staffing industry. Mr. Woo is the founder and CEO of Lighthouse Management Group, Inc., in Milpitas, California. His company was recently highlighted in the San Jose Business Journal and is this year’s fastest-growing private business in the Silicon Valley. Lighthouse has seen its revenues jump more than 2,000 percent from 2006 to 2008. Lighthouse helps businesses find temporary and permanent staff members. The company specializes in mid to senior level finance and accounting personnel, but it does staff other areas. Mr. Woo founded Lighthouse in order to offer a more personalized approach to staffing. Mr. Woo said he has “always been very proud of my association with Golden Key. It’s instantly recognized and being a member of such a prestigious group brings even more credibility to a business person like myself. I’ve been successful because I have always surrounded myself with good people. In order to successfully lead an organization, it’s critical you build a talented team of professionals.”
